they already are semi-mainstream, but i don't think they're commercial... and i think they'll do another one, eventually, but there is a possibility that they won't i guess.
i think all artists want to become more famous, but i don't know if they want to go "commerical" exactly... i guess it depends on your definition of commercial. but the postal service is already really famous in my opinion. |

because that's the way it is! seriously though, the lyrics were frighteningly mediocre, and half of the songs are very very forgettable. it's not a bad cd, but it's not amazing. i just have waaay too high of expectations for dcfc, so a cd that is only good is very very disappointing. |

Plans is my least favourite album. Too much keyboard, not enough guitar, too clean.
i think the next postal service album will be great, because Jimmy will make the beats at home like he always does instead of going to a studio to make something even better only to dissapoint his fans. As for TPS being mainstream, I would say it is. Who doesn't know about the postal service these days? |
