If you want to register your be domain at nucleus, just 10 per email account
At namebay you can register more than 10

Those kinds of domains are not very attractive. I think it's just a way for the company to receive returning visitors.

I think its for Belgium.

I tried registering one...but had no luck. I dont remember exactly what went wrong, but I definatly had trouble trying to register for the site.
