They can still play live, I don't think anyone can really dispute that. The problem is more about the recorded material they continue to release in order to facilitate their touring habbit. For example, what was the last really good album they wrote? Nothing of note since the 1970s, personaly I think they peaked in 68.

Ya nothing really great has come from them recently.
I agree they can still physically play live, but they just aren't entertaining. Of course if I was from that generation Id probably have a diferent opinion. |

Yup they will have to retire eventually. I hate the rep they get now. Everyone likes them "just because", and they can probably only name 2 songs by them. What ever happened to playing old Stones tapes in half broken tape players? Ahh, I miss those days!

Yeah, I think they should retire. When they played at the Superbowl, the only thing I could see was the flabby skin undernear their arms. That was disgusting. And they weren't entertaining at all.
And I don't think their music appeals to the younger generations that much.
