RX bandits definitely don't suck.
Fishbone is some of my favorite ska, I love those crazy guys from harlem.

If you happen to be french, there is a really cool French ska band from Quebec called Les Cowboys Frigants. I haven't heard anything new from them in about a year, but their older stuff was pretty damn neat.
