Yeah not a whole lot.
OAR and Madison Apart are the only ones I really know, but I don't even follow OAR.

It's kinda my job to follow local music. I'm the review editor for my uni's paper and i compile a calendar of local shows every two weeks so i pretty much always know what's going on. Plus, New Orleans' music scene is pretty awesome, even post-K.

I know a few local bands, so I guess I can say yes. I do not follow closely though, but I do enjoy a local band every now and again.

I'm a member of a diy collective that puts on independent bands from all over the world. Its usually a touring band or two plus local support, so I'm very familiar with both my local area and Scotland in general. Most of my favourite bands are probably what you might call "local".

Nah, I really don't, but I'm thinking about it. Thing is, I'm from Austin, TX, and it's hard to follow bands there because it's the Live Music Capital of the World are there are sooo many.

Nope, but I've driven by there. It's in a really weird place of Austin for it being such a big club. And I'm not a big party/club person, so yeah. :P

Local music in my case is mostly bad music. i don't follow it. If I hear something good, then I listen and even recommend, but usualy I look for good music on the international level
