Megadeth fans!

Me personally, I am a huge Megadeth fan. I thought I would create this topic to get some replies (hate replies or love replies).

But I thought I would test the waters:

Is this a metallica forum?
Are megadeath fans shouted down?
Or, do we love Megadeth because they aren't Metallica?

Either way tell us what you think of Megadeth. (Even if you love them because of a bias towards Metallica.)

This is a tough one.
I don't like Metallica and I don't like Megadeath.

Now that I type it I know that I dont like Megadeath. And still don't like Metallica

To not like either is weird, I mean come on bro they both made some classic metal releases! I don't care who you are you can't deny that.

Metallica was all that then Mustaine came into the scene seeking revenge, because of the fall out and megadeth made their mark without a doubt.

to dislike both is.....weird lol. No offense brother.

Dont get me wrong I like metallicas early stuff, but it just doesn't reallt entertain me, maybe because I'm not that metal oriented.

I prefer Megadeth to Metallica, not because Megadeth aren't Metallica, but because Megadeth's releases are more consistent IMO. Sure, Master of Puppets was great, and the Black album wasn't terrible, but Megadeth has Peace Sells, Rust in Peace, Countdown to Extinction, Youthanasia, and The System Has Failed. Mmm.
