To be fair i can play guitar hero better than i can play the real thing, but my other guitar, which admittedly lacks in brightly coloured buttons looks like this:

Washburn, murcury series MG-74. Sounds nice, when i get someone else to play on it.

Played isn't exactly how i'd describe it. Try took it up, got to grips with the basics then had no time for it... don't think i've ever actually played anything all the way through on it, ever.

I might take it up again soon though, Guitar hero has sparked my interest in guitaring again and i'm coming up to a long holiday, so it might be something to think about.

Yeah same as. Four months off, I think I'll learn guitar in the summer.

Guitar: Ernie Ball/Musicman John Petrucci signature model

Mine's red, though.

Amp: Peavy Rage 158. I need to upgrade.

Effects: Boss DD-3 Digital Delay, Boss MT-2 Metalzone distortion

I only have a Peavey, but I'm not too big into guitar playing, so it's good enough for now. I have a picture somewhere, but it's nothing special, so I doubt any of you care to see it.

First guitar was a terrible, terrible second-hand BC Rich. Hot pink, but inexpensive and good to practice on. I moved up to a Gibson SG later, which snapped at the neck. So now I'm just saving up for a very pretty Ibanez RG370

Ooh, pretty.

Personally, i'm not a HUGE fan of Ibanez's though if i were to get one it'd probably be the same style as yours.

I'm currently pondering over whether to get a Fender Telecaster or a Epiphone Les Paul. Gaahah lol.

That except its only a Squier. The finish on it is the best quality Ive ever seen on a Squier. I need a new one though because Basically Ive been playing too long now to still be on a Squier (although it is quite good) Dunno what to get though. I cant really afford an expensive one so I'll have to save up for ages

Mine's a deluxe too

Went to soundcontrol and played a PRS through a Mesa Boogie amp, oh my god it was lovely. I so need a new amp to do my deluxe strat justice

Paul - what sort of things do you want to play, teles are quite different from LPs, singles vs humbuckers...
