Oooh. Quite a sexy guitar you have there, Pit. I'm a fan of your case as well. Should really add that to my to-buy list if i plan on getting a new 'tar.
I'm also digging the acoustic guitar, it's really nice ![]()

Haha thanks dude. The RG1570 comes with the case, so it's a plus. They do have a guitar which is better, 3 Piece Prestige Neck, with custom Dimarzio IBZ Pick Ups already installed but the downside is that it doesn't come with the case. And it sure plays real great I'm gonna replace the pick ups soon though, like around summer, also when I get new amp. Line 6 Spider II Amp Heads (I'm a beginner, so I don't need high end 800 buck amp heads) which cost around 400 bucks. I'll probably buy the cabinets along with it so it'll cost me around 600 or so, which is a pretty good price. I just gotta keep up with my 6 hour sessions daily, and sometimes not sleep or eat, and I'm good ![]() |

Jesus, 6 hour sessions. Lucky man. I'd love to be able to play my guitar for that long each day. Although the charms of revising for upcoming exams prevents me. Argh. lol
You sound like a real serious player though. What style of music are you into?

Oh, I never bothered to mention my other guitars.
1) Mark II acoustic student guitar. My first. It really sucks. ![]() 2) Epiphone Gibson Strat - My first electric, but out of service. it's broken. 3) d'Maestro STC-34. Got it off eBay cheap after I broke my Epiphone. Not that great, but it held me over until I got my Petrucci. 4) Brandless acoustic guitar. Hurts to play. 5) Stagg Acoustic guitar. Better than the aforementioned brandless, still not that nice however. |

Into a lot of music. Classical- > Metal -> Rock, etc. But like, 6 hours is nothing, that's like my minimum now. At max the most I did was like 25 - 26 hours straight. With slight breaks for food/water |

Re: What guitars do you have then?
I guess I'm a little spoilt in this department, but the following list represents a decade and a half of musical dedicated, where other kids go get hooked on weed and skating:
'95 US Fender Strat (with TBX, Fender Hot Noiseless x3) Ovation Elite Ibanez Jem BsB Ibanez Prestige 7 Ibanez Rg220 I studied guitar at London's Guitar Institute and teach / play in bands at the moment. It's all good. |
