I got a new Doors compilation CD for Christmas, which includes a new remix of Riders on the Storm.

What's really interesting is that the versions of some of the tracks appear to have extras on originally cut from their album releases.

For example, Break on Through has Jim Morrison originally shouting "She gets high, She gets high" on it, instead of "She gets ...; She gets ...;".

Also, on "The End" there's a whole series of "fucks" towards the end of the track.

It reminds me of Thr Doors film by Oliver Stone, when a TV show requests Morrison doesn't sing "She gets high", plus the stage performance of "The End" when Morrison is slated for being a pervert".

Sounds like they finally got the original uncut recordings into play?
