Re: the beer thread

I don't tend to drink alcohol that's advertised, as whenever possible I'm a real ale drinker. My only really well known tipple would be Brains SA or Rev James.

Lager wise I like Red Stripe.

Re: the beer thread

I rarely drink at all anymore. One of my favorites though was Jack. Got into some trouble when I would drink that so I have just learned to stay away from it.

Re: the beer thread

I wasn't much of a beer drinker until I met my friend last year, I had a cough and had to take a beer which was Milwaukee's Best. I was like, wow I can totally drink that without cringing. He joked that it was because it was 99% water. He was killed a month later and I got a memorial tattoo that would be quite relevant to this (see below).

Then I moved to Jacksonville and everyone drank. I didn't like the cheap, trendy PBR at all, tasted too much like rusty can for me.
I preferred my friend's favorite Yuengling and when I went out, the occasional Optimator (but when it got warm it started tasting like vegetable beef and barley soup broth hahaha)

Anyway, so here's my tattoo, the other guy was a friend of the first guy mentioned who was killed before him and was actually how I met the other one (confused? haha):

Re: the beer thread

I like Warsteiner. That is the closest thing to the beer in the part of Germany that I lived in. For domestic, I like Icehouse.

Re: the beer thread

I like cheap beer. Ice cold and refreshing. I'll stick to Miller Lite.
