Hello from the Sticks
I just thought that I'd take a moment to introduce myself and say hi. I'm stuck in the land of country, talk radio and religious broadcasting. Unfortunately, I've never been much interested in any of those things. I'm happily married to a music obsessive and our daughter is proving to be just as musically oriented as her daddy. Most of my music time these days is spent trying to find toddler-appropriate music to satisfy her never-ending demands.

There for a minute, judging from your description, I thought you were from Fresno.  Because, that's about all we've got on the radio around here, too. At least the talk radio used to not be so bad because we finally got Air America, so that we didn't just get the right-wing ravers, but then they sold the station and now its an all-sports outfit. Well, at least it didn't turn into another hellfire-and-damnation station. Around here, you take your blessings where you can find them.All of which is to say that I know whereof you speak, and welcome.
