Can anyone recomend any bands that would appeal to someone who likes the indie bands (non of the commercial stuff, just decent music), but doesn't know where to even begin finding out some decent ones, and where I can listen to their stuff?? I've tried myspace, but I dont know what to look under or anything..

I am also new to this whole forum thing..so some help would be nice??

Omg..just by randomly looking on myspace, I found a band called 'New Cassettes' and they are amazing.

I would recommend a listen..

Umm, you should check out Rose Rossi. She's kinda like a mix between Gwen Stefani (when she was in No Doubt) and Fiona Apple. It's very cool.
