Late Night Tales
"Late Night Tales" is a series of CD compilations, which basically involves some band putting together a compilation of music and then doing a cover version.
I've got three of these, and all have different moods - one by The Flaming Lips sounds like a general "modern influences and great tracks" compilation, while Fila Brazilia is a kind of stranger moody mix of things. And then the one by Nightmares on Wax is such a chilled out groove that I'm sure it would be perfect for those early hours when you get back from a club and share a few joints while seriously mellowing and getting ready to sleep. Anyway, anyone else got anything from the Late Night Tales series?
