There's nothing like checking out old music as well - stuff released ages ago that you never really listened to, but is worth revisiting.

I, Brian I definitively agree on that ! Do u maybe know what happend to James and Hoopy Frood ? I really would like to get some feedback on Nayo - I just sitting here with my flatmate and argue about which genre to put her but no one seems ever have heard of her . I am still have the opinion she sounds a bit like Dido -

I listened to a bit of Nayo on Myspace (which is something I hardly ever do, I rarely, rarely venture into that crazy place) and she's not really my kind of style -- not altogether sure what my 'style' is, to be honest, but I just know she's not really the kind of music to which I'd listen

And, alas, I doubt I'd be any help figuring out what genre she'd fall into as I'm not very knowledgeable about such things, sorry!

sooooo whats you all up to???????????

Im well into my beach chillout albums at the moment...going to LA in december and getting all chilled songs on the old i-pod.......
Dido,james blunt, Nayo and david grey are all amazing to listen to on the beach. Has David grey got a greatest hits album out? And where had D gone.
Nayo has a new single out and think she has an album to follow too. Blunty is getting closer to his 2nd album which should be amazing.
What you guys think..????

I have to say that I absolutely hate James Blunt and Dido. Her voice annoys me...and actually, so does his. *Shudders* No, just can't listen to them! I prefer relaxing to people like Bob Dylan, or the By The Way album by the Red Hot Chili Peppers (that has a more mellow, relaxed feeling to it).

And as to what I'm up to...not a lot, really! I haven't got much work this week (thank Cthulhu) so I'm catching up on some recreational reading for once. Read three books in the last four days, all of which I really enjoyed. Now I'm making my way through some older horror stories. I do love horror, in any form

Hey James u little devil seen u listening to nayo - that's cool ! Have u heard about her new release - called "Desert Storm" - not bad at all and she is also doing pretty well in the charts

Just wanted to keep you informed - how u doing anyway ?
