Metalocalypse!
Dude, I don't have cable, so I just discovered the show. Some of the episodes are so damn funny, no, BRUTAL. Some are just plain silly though. I think my favorite one is where they do the coffee song in the arctic and their armored stage is dropped form the dethkopter onto the audience. Classic.

I just love the show and the band as well. I recommend their album "Dethalbum". There's some new episode now; six new episodes. The six new are the beginning of season 2. They're having a break now but they'll be back in the beginning of next year.
