How would you compare it to Without Feathers?

I loooove BMSR! the music gives you every reason to drop acid, hahahaa.
I saw them live in April with Dengue Fever, and they were so good. My favorite concert I've ever been to. They have clips playing on a screen behind their performances and played the weirdest shit. I saw everything from Tyra Banks making a weird face on her talk show and putting it on repeat, to Gene Simmons Sweating to the Oldies, and they played what looked like a cheap porno of half-naked girls chewing gum and blowing bubbles during "Forever Heavy" ("Chewing on a bubblegum/Playing in a field") and everything in between. They're the best. Hands down.

Albums I'm playing non-stop:
Lykke Li - Youth Novels
Peter Bjorn and John - Writer's Block
Animal Collective - Peacebone EP, Prospect Hummer EP, People EP
Various Artists - Ghostly Swim (Adult Swim creators made this compilation. Whoever likes the down-tempo/trip hop sounding background music they play in between the shows!)

Not exactly indie, but the new Faint album is pretty interesting. Saw them perform live as they were playing some songs off of this and testing songs and they were terrible. So this was a nice change. Also Tokyo Police Club, The Wombats, Duke Spirit, and the new Bloc Party.

Hopefully something in there is still indie.

You enjoyed the new Faint album? haha What song did you enjoy the most? I was really sort of disappointed with it unfortunately.

I really liked the Fulcrum song a lot. But after about 4 listens to it I was really liking it. At first I thought it sucked though. Obviously not their best album.

Re: Band/album you can't stop currently playing?

Well, last December when I got In Rainbows, I listened to it a few times, but then I basically completely forgot about it. Bad Move.

In Rainbows by Radiohead and Metanoia EP by MGMT are the two albums I've been listening to like crazy lately.

if you like really soulful music, you should check out Lykke Li. Her first album "Youth Novels" is so beautiful, I can't stop listening to it!
