Absolutely. I never was that much of a fan, but a few years ago he came and played a show at the county fair in Fresno. Had great seats (like tenth row or so). Amazing performance. It's interesting how you can appreciate a musician or band but not be a huge fan or anything, and then see them perform live and come away a big fan.

Not a big fan. He was ok but then he started playing the same solo all the time some 20 years back, IMO.

I love Carlos (king of sustain) Santana. Moonflower is probably my all time favourite track of his and I always tried to persuade my old band to give it a go but they were all philistines and wouldn't play it so I retired
