Moderation

A little more moderation of the boards would be nice, as I see alot of posts repeated.

For instance, there's loads of "recommend me something like *insert list of bands here* please!" posts, I'm sure one per style/genre specific forum would be plenty.

In Other Music there's two posts on soundtracks:
Movie Soundtracks!!
Great film music
both posted in this past month...

I'm sure there are plenty more, and though I know it's not a major problem, it is a bit of a waste really, who needs to read two posts about the same thing?

Re: Moderation

Yes, some more moderation would be nice, I'm pretty sure I've seen some 'Listen to my band' threads about, when there's a section specifically for that.

Re: Moderation

Sorry, guys, I know things aren't exactly spick and span around here...just seems to be me at the moment and I'm trying my hardest to get on here as often as I can to sort things out. When I do find time, though, I admit that most of it's used up by getting rid of spam posts and weedling out moderators favourite types, those that post fifteen posts of crap in order to post a link.

Please bear with me, I'm trying to keep up.

But at the same time, anything that you do spot that needs particularly urgent attention, don't hesitate to tell me.

Re: Moderation

No worries Frood, I can appreciate that people have lives outside of the internet.
