it's worth to look up the sources of the genre, not it's goth fourth wave we currently have to deal with:

rites of spring, sunny day real estate, embrace, jawbox, dag nasty, karate, drive like jehu

you cant go wrong with either: funeral for a friend, dance gavin dance, blessthefall, alesana, emarosa, from first to last, saosin, senses fail, or matchbook romance.

i reccomend Paramore although i believe it's not an emo band ...people says that and i like the music
