Is it just me?

Or do all girl/boy bands look act dress and sound the same?
OMG I was watching a pop show and I was amazed
has the talent gone out of the music or am I just not with it anymore?

Count me in on that, hard to find something anymore that moves your inner feelings.

i think they are all evil robots, designed to take over the world, unfortunatly the really pappy music has turned them from truly evil, to mildly annoying.
I hate it, and have often wondered how they manage to become so popular

Re: Is it just me?

They are all clones, created by fat *** music execs who care nothing about music, but only see dollar signs reflected in the adoring eyes of pubescent girls.

It is not even about 15 minutes of fame any more, it's more like about 3 minutes.

Long live real music!!

Re: Is it just me?

Now you've got me really confused. I used to feel the same way but then I found myself gradually looking further back in time for movies as well as music. I just put it down to me getting older but now I'm not so sure.

If this post doesn't make any sense then it's probably because I'm getting a bit senile

Depends what sort of music you like......there are a few newish rock bands in the power/melodic/prog rock field doing good things.

Re: Is it just me?

Tis true, there is a hell of a lot og good music out there. Mostly non-mainstream though, so slightly harder to find...

Re: Is it just me?

That kind of music bores me, which is why I like opera, which is exciting and dramatic
